These questions are put and answered in this performance…”] THE DAY THE WORLD ENDED [NOVEL; RADIO-SUBSERIES] This serialized Sax Rohmer novel ran in Collier’s in twelve installments from May 4 to July 20, 1929 and was announced by the magazine as “a new mystery novel, in which Mr. Rohmer makes his Emperor of America seem tame.” ORIGINATION: WJZ, New York City, New York (NBC-BLUE). DURATION: May 5-July 21, 1929.
