Morse, NBC staff writer, wrote the first half of the mystery play, completing it after the prize was awarded for the best solution. The winner was Art Clough. In the drama are five nieces and nephews of an old man who, at the request of an attorney, gathered in their uncle’s home a year after his death. According to the will they must spend one night in the house.
