When\nthe Mutual network went coast-to-coast at the end of 1936, KFOR added the network feed of The\nWitch’s Tale to their schedule and dropped Faces in the Night. However, in the middle of January\na new late-evening show cropped up, The Witching Hour. It is unknown whether or not this was a\ncontinuation of Faces in the Night.\n[Bruce Nicoll, Lincoln Evening Journal, December 20, 1936] “We wish that KFOR’s Faces in the\nNight program would do an about face or give up…”",
